Sweet & Sour Meat And Cabbage

Ingredients
1 lb ground venison2 cups shredded cabbage1/2 cup chopped onion1 16 oz canned diced tomatoes1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon Splenda brown sugar or 1 tablespoon regular brown sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Spray pan with cooking spray. Cook venison & onions together until venison is no longer pink, drain. Combine tomatoes, with juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt & pepper. Layer cabbage & meat in shallow baking dish, like you were making lasagna. Top with sauce. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
