Shelless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
Splenda 2 cupsCinnamon 4 tsps.Nutmeg 1 tsp.Cloves 3/4 tsp.Ginger 1.5 tsps.Salt 1/2 tsp.Molasses 4 tbsps.Egg Whites 9Pumpkin 1 can 29 ouncesLowfat Vanilla Soy Milk 2.5 cups
Directions
Blend Splenda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, salt, molasses together. Then stir in egg whites followed by pumpkin then soy milk.
Pour into glass 9'x13' pan sprayed with pam
bake at 425 for 15mins then cut temp to325 and bake 40 mins. or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. I like it warm from the oven to each their own.
