Ham & Broccoli Crockpot Casserole

Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained3 cups cooked ham, cubed1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup1 (8 ounce) jar processed cheese (Ragu, Cheese Whiz, etc...)1 cup milk1 cup instant rice, uncooked1 stalk celery, diced1 small onion, diced
Directions
Combine broccoli and ham in crock pot.
Combine soup, cheese sauce, milk, rice, celery and onion.
Stir into soup mixture into ham mixture.
Cook on low 4-5 hours- make sure rice is tender.

    sounds good... used TSprague's suggestions and used arborio rice since I had that on hand, sharp cheddar cheese, fresh broccoli, used cream of mushroom soup and added sliced mushrooms... delish - 12/3/20

    I changed some things. I used fresh broccoli, Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese, low sodium cream of chicken soup and arborio rice. It was absolutely delicious. - 6/9/09
