2 C Westsoy Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk1 C Vanilla Whey Powder3/8 C Granulated Sugar16 oz. Frozen Strawberries
Pour chilled soymilk and heavy cream into blender jar; add whey powder & sugar; blend a few seconds on "stir" setting; add frozen berries and use a long-handled spoon to break them up & mix with the liquids, because they will immediately clump together and freeze; blend on high until smooth, or use the smoothie setting if your blender has it (only takes about 30 seconds with a good blender); pour into chilled glasses, add straws, & enjoy!
