Tofu Noodle Stir Fry Soup

* Tofu, firm, 2 block (remove) * Japanese Noodles, Soba, 6 oz (remove) * Broccoli, cooked, 2 cup, chopped (remove) * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove) * Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices (remove) * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * *Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce, 5 tbsp (remove) * Big Apple Bagels, Garden Vegetable Lite Cream Cheese, 2 serving (remove) * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Stir Together Cream cheese, onion, and stir fry sauce. Pour over cooking tofu. At the same time boil the japanese noodles in 4 cups water. Add soy sauce to noodles. Add vegetables to tofu and mix together until cooked. Mix tofu/veggies into soup broth with noodles. water will be absorbed by noodles as stored.
