Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1/2 TBSP butter1/4 chopped onion1/2 TBSP wheat flour1 cup milk, non fat1 C corn kernels100 grams skinless, boneless, chicken, cooked and chopped1 medium potato dicedThymeSalt and pepperVegtable bullion
Directions
Saute onion in oil. Add flour mix until smooth. Add bullion, vegtables, and chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are soft. Add milk and bring to a boil. Enjoy.

    This was absolutely delicious. I was unsure on how much vegetable bouilion to put in so i put in two cans vegetable broth. This is going on my favorite menu for the family. - 4/22/09
