Meatloaf and Potato Supper

Ingredients
2 lbs extra lean ground beef1 cup seasoned bread crumbs1/2 cup non fat half and half1/2 cup barbecue sauce1/2 cup egg substitute3/4 cup chopped onion5 1/2 cups roasted onion potato cubes
Directions
1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, half and half, barbecue sauce, egg substitute, and onion in bowl and mix well. Shape mixture into loaf. Place potatoes in bottom of cooker; place meat loaf on top of potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
