Hearty Chicken Tortellini Soup

C2 Chicken Breasts (boneless & skinless)3 cups dry Barilla Cheese & Spinach Tortellini2 carrots, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped1 medium onion, about 1/2 cup, chopped1 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp poultry seasoning6 cups chicken broth1 can spinach (frozen or lots of fresh spinach can also be used)
Boil chicken 15 minutes. Shred once it has cooled enough to handle.
Meanwhile, saute carrots, celery, and onion in a non-stick soup pan until softened, about 8 minutes. (No oil needed) Add garlic and cook a minute more. Add poultry seasoning and broth; bring to a boil. Add dry tortellini and cook at a boil for 10 minutes.
Stir in shredded chicken and spinach; heat through and serve.
