Ingredients
1 cup Peanut Butter, chunk style48 tsp (or 1 cup) Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking2 large fresh egg whites1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
1) In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well-blended.
2) Roll the peanut butter mixture into 36 teaspoons-sized balls.
3) Arrange on parchment lined cookie sheet about 1/2" apart.
4) Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
5) Remove to a cooling rack.
Makes 36 one inch cookies.
