Kidney bean hummus

Ingredients
2 cups cooked kidney beans1/2 tbs tahini1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 oz lemon juice
Directions
I cook kidney beans in huge batches, so for this recipe I used two cups of cooked kidney beans.

Put all ingredients in food processor. Mix until desired consistency.

Use as dip for veggies, crackers or bread.

I make it into 4 servings.

    This is fantastic! I love kidney beans; I love hummus! So I just had to try it. Wonderful! I used roasted garlic and added a tad bit of water to make the texture more spreadable. - 4/13/08
