Pepperoni Pizza Pasta with WG Rotini

Ingredients
13.5 oz whole grain rotini1 small onion, diced1 green pepper, strips1 red pepper, strips1 yellow or orange pepper, strips2 cloves garlic1/4 tsp black pepperdash red pepper flakes1 1/2 tsp basil16 oz tomatoes3 roma tomatoes, diced3 oz turkey pepperoni4 oz 2% moz cheese
Directions
Cook pasta. Meanwhile saute onions, peppers, and garlic. Add canned tomatoes, basil, pepper spices. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in pepperoni and fresh tomatoes. Simmer 2 minutes. Add pasta and cheese. Serve.
