* king arthur white whole wheat, 1.25 cup (remove) * carob powder, 0.5 cup (remove) * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove) * Salt, 0.33 tsp (remove) * Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.60 cup (remove) * *Trader Joe's Organic Dry Roasted Cashews, 1 cup (remove) * Water, tap, 0.125 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Honey, 0.70 cup (remove)
Chocolate Wafers Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unsweetened carob powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons applesauce
bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Cashew Cream
1 cup cashews
¼ cup H20
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 tablespoons honey
Soak the cashews for at least 8 hours. Place in food processor with all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
