Swiss Steak

Ingredients
2 cans diced tomatos1.7 lb round steak3 garlic cloves1 tbs of flour2 cups green bell peppers1 cup red sweet pepper1 tbs olive oil4 cups brown rice
Directions
brown slice up round steak in 1 tbs olive oil. Add flour and toss. stir in green and red peppers and onion and garlic. Cook until pepper are just getting soft. Stir in tomatos. Simmer for 15 to twenty min or until thicken. Serve over 1/2 cup brown rice.
