2 pounds chicken breast (cut into cubes)1 envelope taco seasoning2 cups water1 can (15 ounces) chili beans1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained1 can (15.5 ounces) pinto beans, drained and rinsed1 can (14.5 ounces) stewed tomatoes1 can (10 ounce) diced tomatoes with green chilies1 can (4 ounce) diced green chilies, Optional1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
In Dutch oven or Large Kettle, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink.
Add taco seasoning and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Yield 8 servings (about 2 quarts)
