Ingredients
8 oz. tricolor rotini noodles (3 rounded cups)1/2 large medium head broccoli4 Roma tomatoes or 2 medium regular tomatoes1 cup light Italian dressing1/2 small onion
Directions
Cook noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes or until al dente. Steam broccoli until just tender- about 15 minutes. Cut into bite size pieces. Cut tomatoes into bite size pieces. Chop onion into small pieces.
Cool noodles and broccoli. Add all ingredients. Chill.
