Amy's Feta Dill Hummus

Ingredients
2 (10 oz) cans garbanzo beans, drained1 clove garlic, peeled1 (5 oz) container feta cheese crumbles1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup water1 tbsp dill weed1 tbsp white pepper
Directions
Process garlic and feta until fine. Add garbanzo beans (aka chickpeas), water, oil, and vinegar, stir. Process until smoothe. Add dill and pepper, process a few more seconds to blend. Makes 12 - 1/4 cup servings.
