German Pancake

Ingredients
4 tbsp. butter6 eggs1 cup skim milk1 cup flour
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place 4 tbsp. butter in an 11 3/4 inch iron skillet and melt in oven. Mix 1 cup skim milk, 6 eggs, and 1 cup flour with a whisk unitl smooth. When butter is melted and temp in oven is 450 degrees, pour mixture into skillet and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with maple syrup, fruit, or jam. Makes 8 slices.
