Ingredients

2 tbsp. oats, soaked in water for a few minutes
1 apple, granny smith or other
1 Cup plain yogurt, green or other
Pecans 10 halves or less
Lemon juice
Tips
Sometimes I add coconut oil as well
Directions
Soak the oats a few minutes in water and drain. Shred 1 small apple, add some lemon juice. Stir in shredded apple and 1 cup yogurt or kefir. Add some pecans for crunch.
