Ingredients

    8 cups white flour
    2 cups Rogers Golden Syrup
    1 cup granulated sugar,
    3/4 cup Soft Margarine
    2 Omega 3 egg
    1/2 cup Milk, 1%
    1 Tbsp Baking Soda
    1 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cloves, ground,
    1 tsp Allspice, ground
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 tsp Anise Seed, ground
    1 tsp Cardimone, ground

Directions

Melt margarine, mix in syrup, sugar, egg, milk and spices. Mix until well blended. Add baking powder and soda with flour. Mix in small amount at a time. Place in bowl and let sit in fridge for 24 hrs. to blend spices. Take small amount of dough and roll into rope about size of thumb. Cut into bite size pieces, place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350. Bake until bottoms are browned. Makes about 600 bite sized cookies.
