Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked white rice1 teaspoon minced garlic2 cups water1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
Directions
Combine the rice with the garlic in a large saucepan. Pour water and salsa into the rice mixture. Bring the water to a full boil and then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Fluff the rice when finished.

    This was pretty good. The only thing that I didn't like about it was it seemed to be missing something. Next time I will add a bit more garlic I think. But really great paired with Miss Mary's Teriyaki Chicken! - 1/9/10
