Low Cal/Low Fat Apple Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour12 packet of Splenda4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 large egg white1 cup non fat milk4 tbsp of I cant believe its not butter spray1 cup chopped apples1 tbsp vanilla
Directions
Mix flour, splenda, baking powder, salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon together. Combine egg white, milk and butter. Add dry ingredients. Beat well; fold in apples. Drop batter by spoonfuls into greased muffintins, filling 2/3 full. Combine 4packs of splenda and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon; sprinkle over muffin batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
Yields 12 muffins
