Tex-Mex Goulash

14 oz Lean Ground Beef1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped28 oz canned, diced tomatoes8 black olives, chopped3 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp cumin seed or powder10 oz Whole Wheat Penna pasta
Saute ground beef until no longer pink. Add chopped onion and garlic. Saute until onion is tender.
Add the canned tomatoes, chopped olives, chili powder and cumin. Simmer on low while the pasta cooks. Adjust spices to your taste.
Add pasta to the chili mixture, stir to combine and keep warm until ready to serve.
Optional additons:
Hot sauce, salt, Pepper Jack Cheese.

Serves 6 good size helpings.
Good with a leafy green side salad.
