Spagetti Sauce with hidden veggies

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef5 cups tomato sauce3/4 cup purreed/grated of each carrots, cauliflower, celery, and brocolli (I use my hand mixer to make them real small so they will disappear in the sauce)desired spices
Directions
In large frying pan add raw beef and all purreed/grated veggies and brown. While browning add desired spices. Once fully brown add tomato sauce and simmer for at least 30 minutes but more is better. After browning I mix the meat and tomato sauce in my crock pot and then put it on low in the morning to enjoy when we finish work at night.

This recipe makes 18 (or more) half cup servings. The first night we have on spagetti then freeze the remaining for another night or make it into a lasagna.
