Coriander Beans

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 c. Green Beans, cleaned & cut 1" pieces (330 g)2 large onions, diced1 carrot diced1 large tomato1 tsp garlic crushed1 tbsp coriander powder (or more to taste)pinch salt
Directions
Oil the pan & add all ingredients, tomatoes last. Stir fry for 5-10 minutes, to your taste.
