Happy Once, Happy Twice, Happy Chicken Soup with Rice

Ingredients
6 cups vegetable stock1 baked chicken breast, diced1.5 cups of brown rice1 cup frozen green beans1/2 cup frozen shelled edamame1/2 chopped yellow onion1 diced raw potato1 tbsp rosemary1 tbsp oreganoSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Once you've created your stock, simply put in your chopped chicken, rice, and veggies, then your seasonings, and simmer for at least two hours for the flavors to blend.
