Breakfast Frittata

Ingredients
2 roma tomatoes1 large onion1 cup of chopped mushrooms1 tsp. garlic1 tbs. diced jalapenos5 eggshard salami1 cup of grated cheese
Directions
Saute the onion, mushroom, jalapeno, garlic, and tomatoes with a few sprays of olive oil.

Add 1/2 of the hard salami and cook for a few more minutes.

Beat the eggs, water, salt, and pepper.

Add the eggs to the pan and cook for a few minutes.

Place the other half of the salami on top of the egg mixture. Put the pan into the oven for 10 minutes. Add the cheese to the top and cook another 5 minutes.

Take out of the oven, cut into four servings and serve.
