Chocolate Oat Cranberry Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 c. rolled oats3/4 c. oat bran1/2 c. unsweetened coconut1/4 c. cocoa1/2 c. almond butter1/2 c. agave nectar1/2 tsp. almond extract1/2 c. Rainbow Light Food-Based Protein Energizer1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. dried cranberries
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Shape into bars. Chill until firm. Makes 10 bars.

Tip: Toast the coconut for added flavor and use corsely ground almond butter.
