Ingredients
1 green pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped2 tomatoes, chopped1 english cucumber, chopped1 spanish onion, chopped4 slices stale french bread4Tbsp olive oil3Tbsp balsamic vinegarSalt/Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Chop and mix all vegetables and bread together in large bowl.
2. Mix oil/vinegar until well combined.
3. Add salt/pepper to taste.
4. Pour dressing over salad and let sit for 10 minutes until dressing has been absorbed by bread.

Serve.
