1 Granny Smith apple10 seedless grapes2 stalks celery1/3 cup cherry flavored craisins1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt3 oz shredded chicken1 oz walnuts1/2 Tbs. lemon juicecinnammon

Chop fruits and vegetables into pieces. Blend all the ingredients together.
