Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
4 oz fat-free cream cheese1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream1/2 cup finely chopped roasted sweet red peppers1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/3 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese1/4 cup finely chopped green onion1/8 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. black pepperCrackers
Directions
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in the peppers, cheeses, onion, garlic powder and pepper. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with crackers.

Yield: 2 cups
