Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients
2 cups Quick Oats OR 2-1/4 cups Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked 1/3 cup granulated sugar 2-1/3 cups fat-free milk 1 cup applesauce2 eggs OR 1/2 cup egg substitute2 teaspoons vanilla 2 teaspoons cinnamonOptional:1/3 C Raisins
Directions
Preheat over to to 350º F

Spray 8-inch square glass baking dish with non stick spray.

Combine oats and dry Ingredients.

In a second bowl beat eggs then all combine the remaining wet Ingredients.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes. cut into squares or scoop into bowls.
