Curry Chicken Salad

1 1/2 C. cooked, cubed, chicken1/2 C. plain, nonfat, yogurt1/4 C. light mayo2 tsp. curry powderPinch of salt, sugar, & pepper1/4 C. Diced applesromaine lettuce pita bread
1. Cook chicken in skillet until throughly cooked. Season with whatever ingredients suit your taste buds. :)
2.In large bowl, mix yogurt, mayo, curry, salt, sugar, pepper until well combined. Add chicken & apples, mix together. Cover and fridge for atleast an hour.
3.Serve in pita bread stuffed with romaine.
*TIP- the longer you refridgerate salad, the tastier the chicken. The yogurt tendarizes the chicken allowing the curry to penetrate for fully.
