Creton Spread

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 c. milk1 chopped onion3 cloves chopped garlicsalt and pepper, to taste1 pinch ground cloves1 pinch ground allspice1/4 c. dry bread crumbs.
Directions
Place meat, milk, onion and garlic into a large saucepan. Season with salt, pepper, cloves and allspice. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour, then stir in the bread crumbs. Cook for 10 more minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste. Transfer to a small container and refrigerate.
