Banana Spice- Raisin Bran Muffins

*Flour, white, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 8 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Weight Watchers Vanilla Yogurt, .75 serving Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal, 2 cupsApplesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Cloves, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Mix sugar, flours, powder, soda, salt, spices together in medium mixing bowl.
Mix bananas, eggs, applesauce, yogurt, vanilla together with whisk.
Fold raisin bran into dry bowl ingredients.
Then mix wet into dry until moistened.
Spoon into cupcake pan. About 2-3 teaspoons per muffin.
Bake 22-24 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown on top. Watch them after 20 minutes and use your toothpick to be sure.
Can stick to paper cups, I'm going to try Pam on the bare muffin pan next time.
