Egg White Omelet

Ingredients
2 Egg whites1/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded1 1/2" thick slice of tomato, diced1 tbsp. chopped green peppers1 tbsp. chopped onions2 tbsp. chopped mushrooms
Directions
pour 2 egg whites onto griddle, smooth out to rectangle.
add the rest of ingredients on top.
when egg is cooked fold it over the inside ingredients.
Done! 1 serving = 1 omelet
