Ingredients
Fresh Vegtables likeCarrots,leeks,oinons,swede, Barley if you like it,Ham shankvegtable stock pot knorrs,spuds
Directions
Take all fresh vegtable and place in a pan full of water, Cook till the vegtables are neally soft and then add the ham shank to cook,
make sure the ham shank is on the born as thats where all the flavour is,
When ham shank is cooked strip and place back into soup,
Add seasoning and vegtable stock pot till all the vegtables are soft and cooked through,
Serve with fresh parsley and fresh bread.
