Cranberry nuts bread

Ingredients
2 cupt of white flour1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder1 teaspoon of cinnamon1/2 teaspoon of soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt1 cup of sugar1 cup of orange juice1/4 cup of vegetable oil2 eggs1 cup of cranberry fresh or frozen1 cup of walnuts
Directions
1. In a big bowl, mix flou, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt.
2. In a samller bowl, mix sugar, orange juice, oil and the eggs. Pour the eggs preparation on the dry ingredients.
Add the cranberry and the walnuts and mix until the preparation becomes moist but do not mix too much.
Pour the preparation in two bread pans that has been sprayed with Pam.
3. Bake the breads in a oven prewarm at 350oF for about 50 minutes.
