Number of Servings: 12


    1 small banana
    6 dates
    1 1/2 c unsweetened coconut
    2 T unsweetened cocoa powder


Mix cocoa, banana and dates in a food processor, then fold in the coconut. Use a cookie scoop to place mounds of dough on a baking sheet.

Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, then allow to cool fully. Store in refrigerator for up to five days.

    I was hoping this would be a recipe for French-style Macaron, it's one of the only things I haven't worked out how to veganise. I would love to see a recipe for those! - 3/1/12
