Ingredients
3 fresh beets, olive oil, 4 c spinach, vinegar, salt, parsley dried, fresh chives.
Directions
peal, cube and steam beats. Pour olive oil, parsley, salt, vinegar in a small container with a lid and shake. Mix all ingredients and toss.
