Morning Glory Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 1/4 cup sugar2 tsp cinnamon2 cups carrots, grated1/2 cup chocolate chips1/2 cup coconut, sweetened1 apple, grated3 eggs1/2 cup oil (or butter)1/2 cup yogurt2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients and then add the next 5 ingredients. Beat eggs and combine with oil, yogurt, and vanilla. Add to previous mixture. Spoon into muffins tins and bake at 180C(350F) for 20 mins.
