Avocado Shake

Ingredients
If you like your shake thicker add more ice cubes, if you like it sweet add sweetener or sugar, if you like it to be less thick use a little skim milk
Directions
Peel and pit an avocado, put in blender with all other ingredients - blend untill smooth - Should make enough for 2 people - ENJOY :)
