    te-tortilla-and-black-bean-pie. It's pretty good, but I modified it to use olive oil, whole wheat tortillas, fresh tomatoes, less water, and more jalapenos. It's a huge hit at our house, and changes nearly cut the calories in half. - 10/19/09
