Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
8 oz. mushrooms one Onion3 cloves garlic3 cups cooked rice2 eggsa cup cottage cheeseHalf cup sour cream5tblsp./ 1/3 cup parmesean
Directions
Grill the mushrooms until crispy, and cook the rice with the garlic and onion thrown in- make sure both get well cooked.
Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a casserole dish, and bake for 50 minutes, sprinkling extra parmesean cheese on top if desired.
