Buckwheat Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup Buckwheat flour3/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1.5 tbls Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda2 Eggs1 cup Buttermilk3/4 cup non fat milk1 tsp salt1 tbsp Honey1 pint fresh blueberries
Directions
Mix dry ingredient in a bowl. Mix wet ingredient in a seperate bowl. Combine and stir until combined. Add blueberries and combine. On a hot griddle pour 1/4 cup of batter. Cook on one side about 1 1/2 min or until bubbles start to form. Flip and cook on otherside for about a minute. Makes about 15 pancakes. Serve with fresh fruit or real maple syrup.
