1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise1 clove of garlic crushed1 tblsp. lemon juiceDash of cayenne pepper or tabasco or season peopper and dash of paprika1 can (14 oz) artichoke quarters in water (not in oil)
Drain artichokes and break them up into bite size pieces. Add all other ingredients and mix. Place in ovenproof dish and bake 350 deg. for 10-15 min.
