Tilapia in Cidar Vinegar sauce

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil2 tilapia fillets1/4 cup cidar vinegar1/4 cup brown sugar, packed2 Tbsp Dijon mustard1 tsp seafood seasoning1/2 tsp ground peppercorns
Directions
Warm olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add tilapia fillets. Mix remaining ingredients in measuring cup. Add to skillet, coating fillets. Cook, covered, for about 5 minutes. Turn fillets over, cover, and cook for 8 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
