Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pound of lean hamburger3 tbsp. flour1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. paprika1 onion, chopped2 Tbsp butter2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms1 C. beef broth1 bay leaf2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 C. Sour Cream (Light)
Directions
Makes 6 Servings
Dust meat with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Brown meat and onions. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Simmer 15 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer 1 hour with lid on. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
