Tomato Alfredo

Ingredients
1 lb of pasta1/2 lb of frozen peas14.5 oz diced tomatoes with basil garlic& oregano with 1/4 c. of juice reserved1.5 diced medium onions2 cloves garlicbasil, oregano, salt & pepper1 cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Cook pasta according to directions and add peas during last 3-5 minutes of cook time.

Saute garlic and onion in saucepot, I use cooking spray, until clear. Add tomatoes and reserved juices and bring to a boil then reduce to low heat.

Once pasta is drained, add sour cream to sauce sauce pan and season as desired.

Add red pepper flakes for extra spice or a little grated parmesan for added flavor.
