Ingredients
Pepper, black, 1.00 dash Salt, 1.00 tsp Olive Oil, 3.00 tbsp Asparagus, fresh, 225.00 Onions, raw, 1.00 medium (2-1/2" dia) Zucchini, 1.00 cup, sliced Summer Squash, 1.00 medium Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1.00 cup Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10.00 strips Kraft Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, 2.00 tbsp Lawrys Salt Free17 seasonings, 1.00 gram(s)
Directions
Set oven to 450 F Cut all ingredients. Place in a bowl add olive oil, 17 Seasonings, black pepper, salt and raspberry vinaigrette(This gives a slight carmelizing... delicious). Toss and spread in a single layer on a large flat pan and roast turning a couple of times over the cooking period.

    This was absolutely awesome. I didn't have any of the vinegarette dressing so used my favorote galic ,lime marinade.Also put in a little spinach and kale at the end. It was all I had for supper. A complete meal and very filling. - 1/31/10
