Best Protein Power Breakfast Ever

Ingredients
2 oz dry Wheat (hard, red spring) - soaked overnight (12 hours)1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp crushed garlic1 Tbs crushed fresh basil1 thin slice onion - minced9 Tbs (three servings) of Egg Beaters Egg Whites2 Tbs Naturally Fresh Ginger Dressing1 oz cheddar cheese, grated1/4 tsp cumin spice
Directions
YOU MUST DO AHEAD: Soak the wheat 12 hours (over night works perfectly)

Drain water from the wheat and set aside.

Heat oil over med-high heat in stick-free frying pan. Saute garlic and onion for one minute. Add Egg Beaters Egg Whites, ginger dressing, basil and wheat.

Lift and fold the ingredients with a spatula until eggs are cooked through. Remove from heat and place in bowl. Add grated cheese and sprinkle with cumin spice. Eat!
